Her journey began as a senior legal expert at the General Codification Directorate in Albania’s Ministry of Justice. Concurrently, she served as a part-time lecturer at the University of Tirana. Following this, she held the position of Chancellor at the Supreme Court of Albania for four years and later served as a Judge’s Advisor at the Constitutional Court of Albania for three years. Transitioning to public administration, she became a Legal Counsel in the Ministry of State for Innovation and Public Administration and also served as a member of the Central Election Commission. In March 2017, leveraging her expertise, Mrs. Bitri co-founded Bitri & Bakiu, a renowned law firm known for its excellence and innovative approach.
